StudyDash is committed to making sure you are happy with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work and who to contact if you have an issue.
The short version: All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Our payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record and handles all refund requests on our behalf.
1. Merchant of Record
All payments for StudyDash subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. This means you are purchasing from Paddle, and Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and refund requests.
By purchasing a StudyDash subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions. You can find Paddle's own refund policy at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with StudyDash for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Free trial
Both paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date your first payment is taken after the trial ends.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page under Manage Subscription.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You keep full access to your paid features until that date
- After expiry your account reverts to the Free plan — your data is not deleted
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
5. How to request a refund
All refund requests are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and submit your request
- Use the email address associated with your purchase and include your order number
- Paddle will process your request in accordance with their refund policy

6. Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of any significant changes by email. Continued use of StudyDash after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
