Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using StudyDash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use StudyDash.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use StudyDash
• One person may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent free tier limits

3. What you can do

• Use StudyDash for your personal academic and professional development
• Create, store, and export your own notes and documents
• Share exported files (PDFs, images) you have created using StudyDash templates

4. What you cannot do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to StudyDash
• Use StudyDash to store or share illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not own
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to create accounts or abuse the free tier
• Use AI-generated content from StudyDash for academic dishonesty (AI summarize is a study aid, not a ghostwriting service)

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Standard and Pro) are billed monthly in USD via LemonSqueezy
• Standard and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial — you will not be charged until the trial ends
• You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

6. Your content

You own all content you create in StudyDash. By using the service, you grant StudyDash a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your notes or documents.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary unavailability. We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of liability

StudyDash is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. On deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. We are a small independent product and prefer to resolve issues directly with users.
